Penelope Constantinou - Bio

Penelope Constantinou is an Internationally Awarded, Cypriot artist, portraitist and Art teacher, graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts of Florence, Italy. She was taught by the professor Fernando Farulli.

Penelope has done over 30 solo exhibitions and participated in over 70 group exhibitions in Cyprus and abroad.  Her Art is found in many private, state collections and Museums around the world.

She also received International Awards including the Leonardo Da Vinci Award received in Florence in January 2018 and the Andrea Mantegna Award in Mantova, Italy.

Through her Art she is aiming at creating a change in to the inner world of the viewer and elevate him to a higher spiritual level. She gets inspired from Life and the power of the spirit that every being, Women and Men have as potential  to create anything and resolve all the problems Man is facing in living life and in carrying on his quest of the Physical Universe in infinity. Therefore she believes that  Artists are so unique  and Powerful that they can create big changes in the world. They can change Lives! Art can change stuck realities in societies. Art can change Life!!!!  

She works in different series, and some of them are: “Existance”, “Infrared series” , “Seeking Freedom”, “Spirituality”  “Oxygen”, “The Muses are creating a New Brilliant World”   “On my Soul’s walls”, “Portraits” .
